hi everyone well i been to the endo and my a1c was 6.9  so it has gone down  and i have been busy with work  so i am sorry for the long time from the last blog and it busy week this as it the canadian thanksgiving so i hope you get to spend time with your family and love ones as for the my diabetes i am doing ok with i have been to a diabetes at st pauls here in vancouver so that all for now thanks shelly

hi everyone i have some bad news i have to go to the diabetic doctor on the 21 as i been having very high blood sugars for the last frew days and my family doctor does not why so i hope everyone can wish me luck as i am a little upset and worried but i will be ok i been busy with the coast post and swiming well that all for now take care shelly

hi everyone i did i got my ac1 test back and it 7.2 down from 7.5 so am happy next is get it down to 7 well taht all for now take care shelly

yes today was birthday and i had a great day and i got some great grfts and i went out with jade to north vancouver and had bite to eat but all in all it was a great day i did get a lot done and i doing ok with my bg i do my ac1 test next week well that all for now take care shelly

Hi I am shelly and i  found a new  website it called wearediabetic.org and i been busy so i did not have time to blog sorry but anyways i fine i go swiming with jade next week and i do my ac1 test in may and my brithday is in may also but i look after my bg and it was 12.4 so it high. well anyways take care shelly

hi guys sorry i have not blog in a long time but i have been very sick well anyways i just got my ac1 test back and it down to 7.5 from 8.6 so i very happy so is my doctor ha ha i still go to theo bc and to the coastclubhouse so i keep busy all the time and i a new facebook and many other blogs that keep busy too i just had my first year sence finding out i was diabetic so i patted my self on the back for all my work to get bg down over the year. my cats say hi and hope everyone is doing good well thats all for now take care shelly

sorry everyone i have not had time to blog so here go it's me shelly my mother hurt her back and i been looking after her i have been meeting with jade and all my other things that i do so my bg has been high but it seem to be comeing down with the avinada which is good it was 18.7 so now at 8.7 so it a little better for today at lest  my cat talker is back to himself and now want all my petting and rubs well that all for now take care shelly

hi everyone what a week it has been this thursday i have a meeting at the coast post and than friday i go swiming with jade and rest of this week am at theo bc and the free time i have i have been downloading podcast on diabetes so i have some on my new mp3 player that i have been listning too my cat talker is doing better and sends his love and thank today i did my blood test and it was 18.9 so it still high well i will blog more next week takecare shelly
